If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it.

RETURNS

Check your items upon delivery and report any damage or defect within seven days with a photo to support@otpnorth.com. We do not accept returns without prior approval.

To initiate a return, email us at support@otpnorth.com within seven days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. We issue store credit for approved returns, minus promotional savings or a fifteen percent restocking fee. We do not provide cash refunds.

You are responsible for shipping us your item. Some examples of rejected returns include washed/worn items and returns received without prior approval.

FINAL SALE

Non-returnable items include: gift cards, sale or discounted items/orders, farmer’s market or convention purchases, holiday items, custom items, school or group orders, face masks, bulk orders, books, drinkware, hats, swimwear, underwear, jewelry, watch bands, clutches/purses, stickers, posters, canvases, postcards, pillows, phone cases, notebooks, and fundraiser purchases. These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

SHIPPING

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than four weeks from the shipping date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Shipments returned due to an incomplete or invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. 

MODIFICATIONS

We’re so excited to get your new faves to you, so we move quick. That means that we aren’t able to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed.
